▶ Commercial commissions will be quoted separately.
▶ All commissions are preferably handled via email.

▶Rira is currently a student, so replies may be delayed. If no reply within 3 days, please follow up.
▶ Please inquire at least one month in advance due to scheduling. If this is an issue, please do not commission.
▶ All commissions are assumed to be public in portfolio and livestreams unless otherwise requested.
▶ All artwork commissions delivered as PNG files (except commissioned drawings).

▶ Please credit the artist when publicly using commissioned artworks.

▶No refunds for cancellations after payment or deposit.

▶ Turnaround: Profile pics ~7-14 days; Illustrations ~1 month; V-tuber models ~3 months (see schedule).

▶ Feel free to contact for any questions.
▶ All commissions are streamed live by default; please notify in advance for privacy requests.

Commission Process
Raccoon receives the commission details and deadline.▶After acceptance, a 50% deposit is required to begin work.▶Sketch phase completed (up to 2 revisions; please provide all revision requests at once) If no further changes are needed, proceed to coloring▶Coloring is completed and confirmed.▶Pay the remaining 50%▶Raccoon delivers the final artwork.
Note: Only revisions during the sketch phase are accepted. After that, corrections are limited to design or color errors.
